Easy Cafe Airlie Beach Website

Joolz & Julie Talbot recently relocated from Scotland to Airlie Beach, Queensland, Australia, gateway to the Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef. Joolz had worked as a professional chef throughout the UK and Scotland for over 20 years. Julie also has many years experience managing front of house. As a tourist destination Airlie Beach has lots of restaurants and cafes but having spotted a gap in the market for fresh healthy quality food at reasonable prices they decided the timing was right for them to open their own establishment and Easy Cafe is the result. The brief for the website was very simple, they needed a website designed and live as soon as possible to augment their marketing of Easy Cafe. The website needed to display their menus as well as some photos.

Because menus are updated regularly it made sense to build the site using a CMS to make site updates quick and easy. As part of the design the photos displayed on the site included a rounded corner rectangular border. This meant that any new photos that are added to the site would look odd if they also did not included the border. Fortunately our proprietry image uploading system enables uploaded images to be resized, cropped and even have the required border added to them during the uploading process which means that no other image manipulation software or processing is required before uploading the images.
