Noeleen has over the past 15 years developed her own unique philosophy regarding the relationship between physical strength of the body and the mind. Her catch phrase 'where the mind goes the body will follow' sums up this philosophy towards personal fitness and health.

Noeleen required a web site that would enable her to share her philosophy with others, profile her fitness and training services and promote herself as a corporate speaker.

The site is built using our content management system that enables the site structure and content to be scaled up as new information becomes available.

Much of Noeleens existing promotional material uses greyscale images with red as the accent colour and it was decided to continue this theme for the web site to ensure continuity.
