Sport Site Link Directory of South African Sport Websites

The brief was to create a database driven link directory that would enable easy categorisation and browsing of sport sites with the emphasis on South African websites. The site would need to classify sites according to sport, sport type as well as classify each site within listings according to the sites relationship to particular sports.

The structure for the site was developed on a live development server and the site was being indexed by Google prematurely so it was decided to rush the site to go live in order to take advantage of this. Many features still need to be implimented and these will come online in due course. The site is already populated with hundreds of links to sports sites but many more sport categories and sites still need to be added.
